• That we will absolutely commit to providing caring and impartial advice and always act in the best interests of the customer
• That we will adhere to the highest standards of business ethics
• That we will be trustworthy and keep our commitments to clients
• That we will be honest and do the right thing, without compromise
• That we will maintain customer confidentiality at all times (subject to any legal disclosure requirements)
• That we will do our utmost to provide excellent service
• That we will do all we can to avoid mistakes - but in the event that mistakes are made, we will admit them and act quickly to correct them
• That we will keep our cherryFind site entry(ies) up to date at all times
• That we will publish and adhere to a clear set of service standards
• That we have current and appropriate Professional Indemnity insurance
• That all staff are trained and competent - as well as qualified and authorised where applicable, to carry out the activity they perform on behalf of any customer or potential customer

cherry reserves the right to amend the Promise if necessary in light of chances in the industry, financial climate, legislation, regulation etc. - but the aim will always be to ensure that only truly ‘impartial' brokers are listed on this site.
