The following intermediaries are welcome to apply to be listed on this site:
- Those who are ‘Whole of Market' (as defined by the Financial Services Authority) and who promise to act with caring and true impartiality and ALWAYS in the very best interests of the consumer
- Those who formally commit to the ‘cherry Promise' - (and those who do, MUST have internal authorisation to make the ‘cherry Promise' on behalf of the company)
- Those who adhere to the highest standards of business ethics
- Those who promise to keep their cherryFind entries up to date at all times
- Those who take full responsibility for the professionalism, compliance (where applicable) and legality of their entry whether or not they act through a network or are Directly Authorised by the FSA

IMPORTANT - It is not necessary, at this stage, to provide absolutley FULL information for your cherryFind entry. For initial ease, some people prefer to set their entry up with only a small amount of information showing. Regardless of whether, at this stage, you decide to enter a lot of information - or just a small amount - you WILL be able to review and update this once your entry is live. As soon as you can after registration though, you MUST review your entry by visiting the consumer site at cherryfind.co.uk and then make any required changes / improvements / updates via your user panel at cherryfind.co.uk/advisers. Please be certain that whatever goes 'live' on cherryFind is legal and compliant. This is YOUR responsibility.
If you are an AR of a Network, you will be asked to make your cherryFind entry and set up the payments online, and then you will be able to have your entry checked by your compliance team before you actually set it live.
If you are Directly Authorised, please ensure that appropriate steps are taken to ensure the legality and compliance of your entry.
PLEASE NOTE - YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS TO YOUR CHERRYFIND ENTRY IF YOU WISH. THESE CAN EITHER BE ADDED NOW OR LATER
If you wish to add the information now, please have details of up to 3 customer testimonials ready so that these can be shown on your cherryFind live entry.
NB You MUST have each client's prior permission to pass personal information on to cherryFind. No customer data received by cherryFind will be passed on, used in any way, or made available on the public site. It is merely for identification / validation purposes. In providing such data to cherryFind you are confirming that the client has agreed to possibly receiving a validation call from cherryFind, (although such calls will be made only occasionally and randomly). Should new enquirers wish to talk directly to any person who has provided a testimonial, YOU will need to agree how or if this will happen. Testimonials can be edited or changed at any time from your account control panel once your record is live so they do NOT have to be added now.
