While it is still important that advisers are persuasive, compelling and show that advice is in the customers best interests it is also crucial to tap in to the way customers actually make decisions.
MINDSPACE will provide you with some simple tips and techniques to understanding how decisions come about. Throughout the presentation these principles are turned in to practical applications within our own industry. At the end of the day it is not rocket science, it is behavioural science!”
Round table presentations will then take place with the other providers. This is a full days training and Lunch will be provided.
Places will be on a first come first served basis, a payment of £10 will be required which will be refunded after you have attended. Should you not attend no refund will be offered.
