This half-day seminar run by the Council of Mortgage Lenders is designed to explore the realities of possession proceedings for lenders from a legal perspective. Each session will investigate a different challenge that lenders may face when pursuing a possession order, using real-life examples and offering creative and realistic strategies to ensure the process is handled in the best way for both lenders, servicers and borrowers.
