Connect appoints first field BDM

Connect Mortgage Club (CMC) has appointed Diogo Fernandes as its first field BDM for the network.
Fernandes has been in the industry for nearly 20 years and has worked in business development roles for Yorkshire Building Society, Advantage Home Loans and Natwest.
Talking about the appointment, Liz Syms, Managing Director at Connect Mortgage Club, commented: "I am delighted to have Diogo onboard. We have experienced a huge intake of ARs over the past year, with brokers really buying into the cost effective proposition we offer against other conventional networks. In order to build on this success and better support the requirements of our members and introducing partners, I felt we needed a professional and knowledgeable BDM on the road. Diogo brings with him a wealth of experience and background in building relationships.
