SJW Property finance have also recently launched their new, fully responsive website. Designed by Avalanche Creative in Stockport. The site reflects the new company branding and has been introduced at a time of real success for the company.

Commenting on the results Samantha Williamson, Director at SJW Finance, said: “After spending 19 years in property and commercial finance at various banks, I am delighted that the new company has made such a tremendous start. The timing of the launch came as the UK property market has seen a return to levels not seen since the credit crunch and with our expertise and market awareness we have been able to provide expert and bespoke assistance for many clients to find the funding they need.”

Scott Buller of LSC Finance said: “We have known Sam for over 10 years in her roles within banks and now as a broker. At LSC Finance we only deal with trusted and professional introducers who provide us with an accurate and complete pack of information enabling us to make a fast lending decision and Sam’s proposals are some of the best that we see. Sam doesn’t just pass on a lead, she takes ownership of the transaction from enquiry to completion.”
