| New Low Rate Mortgages Available! |
In response to changing market conditions and customer demand, the Society has launched a suite of fixed and discount rate house purchase products alongside a range of residential remortgage products.
Purchase Products
The Society offers a two year discount rate house purchase mortgage at 2.99% with a maximum LTV of 95%. This product is ideal for first-time buyers or home movers who may be finding it difficult to save up for a larger deposit. This mortgage has no application or product fee, includes one free standard valuation* and also benefits from £250 cashback which is payable within one month of completion of the mortgage.
For those customers with a low deposit looking to take advantage of a fixed rate deal, the Society offers a two year fixed rate purchase product at 3.58% which also has no application or product fee, includes one free standard valuation* and also benefits from £250 cashback which is payable within one month of completion of the mortgage.
The new suite of purchase products includes a five year fixed rate house purchase mortgage at 4.24%, with a maximum LTV of 95% which also has no application or product fee, includes one free standard valuation* and benefits from £1,000 cashback which is payable within one month of completion of the mortgage. This product is ideal for customers looking to take advantage of a longer term deal. All our purchase products are available across the Society's lending area which is England and Wales.
Remortgage Products
For those customers looking to switch their mortgage from another lender, the Society has launched a range of fixed rate remortgage products, which includes a two year fixed rate at 1.34%.This product is available at 65% LTV and holds no application fee, includes one free standard valuation*, fee assisted legal fees and one free funds transfer fee. This product has a £999 product fee.

Last week we wrote to you with regard to the Society offering cashback on it's Remortgage products, as opposed to fee assisted legal fees. Due to feedback from a large number of brokers confirming that our products are not sourcing on key platforms we've added fee assisted legal fees to a number of our Remortgage products.
