Impact Specialist Finance, the specialist mortgage broker and distributor, has appointed ex-senior HSBC Corporate Relationship Director Clive Smith as a Senior Commercial Consultant to further extend its commercial offering.

Clive will be responsible for the development of Impact’s commercial lending programme and brings with him over 40 year of financial services experience. He spent many years working in the bank’s corporate and commercial divisions, leading commercial teams, and until recently was Corporate Relationship Director covering Sussex and Surrey.

The appointment follows the rebranding from All Types of Mortgages (AToM) to Impact Specialist Finance in January.
