Family Building Society - Mortgage Product Changes
20 February 2019
With effect from Wednesday 20 February we will make several changes to our mortgage product range.
Withdrawal from all new business:
Owner Occupier
- 2.69% 2 year fixed rate to 31 May 2021 with a £999 product fee (XF0172)
- 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 30 April 2022 with a £999 product fee (XF0174)
- 3.19% 5 year fixed rate to 30 April 2024 with a £1,499 product fee (XF0176)
- 3.39% 5 year fixed rate to 30 April 2024 with a £249 product fee (XF0178) - this product is only available up to a loan size of £500,000.
- Family Mortgage 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 28 February 2022 with a £599 product fee (XF0179)
- Family Mortgage 3.09% 5 year fixed rate to 29 February 2024 with a £599 product fee (XF0180)
Residential Investment
- 3.44% 3 year fixed rate to 28 February 2022 with a £999 product fee (XF0181)
Applications for these products will be accepted until Wednesday 27 February.

- Family Mortgage 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 31 May 2022 with a £599 product fee (XF0189)
- Family Mortgage 3.09% 5 year fixed rate to 31 May 2024 with a £599 product fee (XF0190)
