Business expansion necessitates extra floor space at Fluent Money

A combination of growing new business and increasing staff levels has seen specialist lending distributor, Fluent Money, taking another 1400 sq. feet in their head office building in Horwich, near Bolton.

The company, which offers a full specialist first charge and equity release advice facility in addition to its well established second charge business service, through its adviser dedicated subsidiary, Fluent for Advisers, is planning further expansion in 2019.

Two years ago, Fluent Money’s head count had reached 100 but has now grown to 276, with all team members working from the head office building, based on the site of the old locomotive building works at Horwich.

According to Head of Intermediaries at Fluent for Advisers, Jeff Davidson, the extra room was vital to accommodate the growth of the business.

He said, “We are extremely lucky to be housed in a building with expansion potential. If it was not the case, we would probably have had to move every year to accommodate the growth in the business. As part of Fluent Money, we are very excited to contribute to the ongoing growth of the business. We had a very positive reaction from business partners about our expansion into the specialist first charge and equity release sectors last year and business volumes have grown sharply. By applying the same service standards that have always applied to our second charge business, Fluent for Advisers’ offering a broad based help and advice service on which our introducers know they can rely.”
