Principality Building Society has become the latest lender to join the Paradigm Mortgage Services lender panel.

From today (17th April 2019) Paradigm member firms will be able to access the Principality’s range of mortgage products which covers residential, buy-to-let and holiday let.

Residential mortgages are available on a two-, three-, and five-year basis with loans up to 90% available in England, and 95% available in Wales. It also offers Help to Buy mortgages in both England and Wales up to 75% LTV.

The Society is also active in the new-build market, lending up to 90% LTV on new-build residential properties and 75% on buy-to-let new-build flats or houses in England and Wales.

The Principality’s fixed and discounted rate buy-to-let products for purchases and remortgages, are offered up to 75% LTV, plus it is one of the few lenders to consider holiday let applications across England and Wales.

Intermediaries are catered for with a dedicated intermediary support desk, direct access to underwriters who will always be on hand when you need them and full field based coverage across England & Wales.
