Family Building Society - Mortgage Product Changes - Owner Occupier

With effect from Thursday 27 June we will make several changes to our mortgage product range.

Withdrawal from all new business:

Owner Occupier

  • 2.69% 2 year fixed rate to 31 August 2021 with a £999 product fee (XF0182)
  • 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 31 August 2022 with a £999 product fee (XF0184)
  • 3.19% 5 year fixed rate to 31 July 2024 with a £1,499 product fee (XF0186)
  • 3.39% 5 year fixed rate to 31 July 2024 with a £249 product fee (XF0188) - this product is only available up to a loan size of £500,000.
  • Family Mortgage 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 31 May 2022 with a £599 product fee (XF0189)
  • Family Mortgage 3.09% 5 year fixed rate to 31 May 2024 with a £599 product fee (XF0190)


Applications for these products will be accepted until Thursday 4 July.

  • 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 30 November 2022 with a £999 product fee (XF0198)
  • 3.19% 5 year fixed rate to 31 October 2024 with a £1,499 product fee (XF0200)
  • 3.39% 5 year fixed rate to 31 October 2024 with a £249 product fee (XF0202) - this product is only available up to a loan size of £500,000.
  • Family Mortgage 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 31 August 2022 with a £599 product fee (XF0203)
  • Family Mortgage 3.09% 5 year fixed rate to 31 August 2024 with a £599 product fee (XF0204)
