Due to demand The Phil Billingham Partnership are pleased to announce that we are
holding a workshop on the current challenges for Financial Planning firms in Belfast
City on 13th March.

The 3 Challenges for Financial Planning firms post RDR and what the best
firms are doing about it
The key topics are:
1. Controlling Risk – Investment process and Compliance support
• The regulatory landscape has changed post RDR. This session is an overview
of what the best firms are doing to manage their internal systems and controls
to ensure risk to the business is minimised.
2. Controlling costs – Service proposition and increased use of technology
• Delivering services efficiently, together with ensuring your clients receive the
service they have signed up for can be a challenge. We will take you through
what has worked and what hasn’t worked for top firms.
3. Growth and exit strategies
• Starting with the end in mind is fundamental to the success of any business.
We will look at how top firms have successfully approached this critical area.
This workshop will provide you with examples of where top firms are, whilst also
providing you with the opportunity to network with your peers.
This will be a 2 hour workshop, at 3.00pm on the 13th March. This workshop is free
to attend but spaces are limited, bookings therefore, will be on a first come first
served basis.
