Complete Care Adviser - From enquiry to report
The aim is to give advisers more experience of care advice cases and the roles of other professionals within the industry helping them to give complete advice on choosing and paying for adult care.
These sessions are presented for SOLLA by Nicola Taylor, Taylored Training. Nik has an in depth knowledge of the care system as a specialist welfare benefit adviser and from LA perspective working with and training front line staff throughout England.
The workshop will be based around 4 Case studies covering:

- Local Authority services and funding
- Local Authority care and carer assessments
