Leading GI provider Uinsure has appointed a new Business Development Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland following a period of significant growth for the firm.

Alastair Main joins from Select & Protect where he held the position of Key Account Manager and brings a wealth of experience having previously worked as both a mortgage consultant and business development manager at Northern Rock.

The appointment comes following a hugely successful start to 2016 for Uinsure which has seen the provider receive five star ratings from leading independent researcher Defaqto and respected industry publication and information agency Moneyfacts.
