Property Butler, the conveyancing and concierge service for estate agents, has announced the launch of its mobile app for Smartphones available on the Apple and Android operating systems.

Alongside Property Butler’s web platform, the new mobile app ensures that estate agents now have the ability to quote within seconds for conveyancing costs for sale and purchase, whilst out of the office making the most of sales opportunities. Real time case tracking notifications also flow into the app, keeping the user up to date on the progression of their cases.

Property Butler, which launched its service in May this year, has placed the ability to provide conveyancing, surveys and valuation services at the heart of its proposition to estate agents, making use of the technology pioneered by sister company SortRefer to become a dominant player in the intermediary conveyancing market.
