Pure Retirement Enhances Regional Sales Support Offering With New Appointments

09 April 2024

Leading lifetime mortgage lender Pure Retirement has enhanced its support to equity release advisers through the addition of new regional support to its Intermediary Sales team.

The lender has added Gemma Brown to its roster of BDMs, with her overseeing the South West & Wales regions. Gemma has eight years’ experience in financial services, most recently as a mortgage and equity release broker, gaining a wealth of knowledge regarding the market and consumers and with a strong emphasis on self-generated leads. She’s looking forward to meeting brokers, and utilising her experience to support brokers looking for positive customer outcomes and build relationships along the way.

This latest addition comes off the back of the recent appointment of Sam Owen as Telephone BDM – also for the South West & Wales regions. Sam comes with over seven years of financial services experiences across a variety of disciplines, including having been with Pure since 2022. Sam is keen to continually build on his experiences of working in fast paced financial services environments to provide a clear and efficient service, and enjoys developing relationships with advisers and being on hand to answer any queries or questions.

Speaking of these latest additions, Head of Distribution Scott Burman says: “The delivery of best outcomes for consumers begins with offering market-leading support, and we’re proud to be enhancing our regional Intermediary Sales offering to ensure that advisers get that assistance to help find the right solutions for their clients. Our latest colleagues will bring a huge amount of insight and experience to the South West and Wales regions, working in partnership to provide advisers the best of both worlds through face-to-face and telephone BDM support, and we can’t wait to help our network going forward.
