Just Mortgages is moving to Smartr365 in order to streamline operations and enhance its customer service through cutting-edge technology integration. It signifies a pivotal step for Just Mortgages, by leveraging market-leading technologies and benefiting from the security and scale of one of the largest advisory networks in the UK.
Smartr365's end-to-end platform for mortgage advisers revolutionises the customer journey with its flagship product, the Smartr365 Fact Find. This innovative tool empowers customers to complete their own Fact Find, while verifying their ID, address, and income using Experian services seamlessly integrated within the Smartr365 'Homebuyer' app. This self-serve fact find process alone saves advisers up to one hour on each case, ensuring a more comprehensive, accurate, and fully verified data set. It also enables a suite of other value-added platform services. Each of these add further efficiency and time savings through process automation, whilst helping brokers to increase both sales volumes and compliance quality.
