SHAWBROOK’S SECURED LENDING DIVISION WELCOMES TWO NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENTS

Shawbrook’s Secured Lending division is delighted to welcome Claire Rankin and Paula Purdy to the team. They join at a time when the market is undergoing rapid growth, as second charge mortgages increase in popularity, being recognised as an alternative to a remortgage by both brokers and their clients.
Claire Rankin joins Shawbrook as Head of Networks, bringing a wealth of experience with her from the financial services sector. Her focus will be to deepen and build upon Shawbrook’s relationships with key industry networks and their members. Prior to Shawbrook, Claire was National Account Manager at Precise Mortgages where she focused her efforts on Networks, providing training and support to the member base.
Paula Purdy takes the role of Head of Sales, North and will be pivotal in expanding our broker proposition in the north of Britain, helping us to further deepen our presence and grow our market share in this region. Paula brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Senior Relationship Manager within Shawbrook’s Commercial division, where she successfully developed and built a strongly performing region.
