Change to fees assisted remortgage incentives package for all remortgage products:
Currently £100 is paid on application and the valuation is free. New arrangements are that the processing fee is paid on application in line with our standard fee scale with the valuation fee (up to a maximum of £360) is refunded on completion of the mortgage.
This change should be reflected in all new remortgage products and across remortgage products not being withdrawn being the following:
3.99% fixed rate to 28 February 2022 (F204)
2.60% 2 year discount for remortgage (E23)
BRT + 2.49% & 2.79% for 3 years (B24 & B26)
No changes have been to paid to the free legals incentive that forms part of this package.
