PARADIGM ADD PROGRESSIVE BUILDING SOCIETY TO LENDER PANEL

Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage services proposition, has today (8th July 2014) added the Progressive Building Society to its lender panel.
Both directly authorised and appointed representative members will now have immediate access to the society’s range of mortgage products which cover a range of fixed rate, variable and self-build options.
Progressive Building Society is based in Northern Ireland and is one of the top ten building societies with assets of over £1.6 billion. It only lends on properties within Northern Ireland and is renowned for its strong local knowledge, the fact it does not credit score, the direct access it provides to decision makers and the individual and personal service it offers at a local level.
Progressive’s product range covers:
- First-time buyers and home movers – fixed and variable rate products available up to 95% LTV.
- Self-build – fixed and variable rate products available up to 75% LTV.
- Remortgage – fixed and variable rate products available up to 80% LTV.
- Northern Ireland Co-ownership – up to 95% of equity share available.
