Shawbrook creates large loan Credit Relationship Manager role

Shawbrook Bank has appointed Tim Rist as Credit Relationship Manager specialising in large loans in the Commercial Mortgages division. In this newly created role, he will support Shawbrook’s Business Development Managers (BDMs) and their brokers to help meet the specialised requirements of business and property professional clients seeking large loans (£750,000+).

 

Tim will engage with brokers and their clients to further build the relationships that are central to Shawbrook’s large loan offerings. Based in London and Essex, but with national scope, he will be looking to build on the strong market in London and South East, as well as develop business in areas with investment potential, such as Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds.

 

Previously Tim spent four years at Aldermore in the Commercial division, preceded by 12 years in the Commercial team at Norwich and Peterborough Building Society. His experience in commercial relationship development is being brought in to build the specialist support that Shawbrook provides to its brokers.

 

Tim commented on his new role:
