BROKER CONVEYANCING ADD DEPTH TO BDM TEAM

18 November 2014

Broker Conveyancing, the broker-focused conveyancing distributor, has today (18th November 2014) announced the appointment of a new BDM, Steve Emblem.

Steve starts with immediate effect and will cover the Midlands region working with broker firms to help them get the most out of their conveyancing propositions through the Broker Conveyancing portal.

Steve joins Broker Conveyancing from competitor, SortRefer, and is charged with developing the Broker Conveyancing footprint throughout the entire region.

Broker Conveyancing has also announced two BDMs from sister company, Conveyancing Alliance, will now be supporting broker firms across their regions. Mark Game (London & the South East) and Ian Turrell (Oxford, Reading, Berkshire) have been added to the team to support broker firms as well as continuing to develop relationships with independent estate agents.

Broker Conveyancing is actively recruiting for a further BDM to specifically cover the North London/Essex region.

Broker Conveyancing was launched in 2012 to meet the specific conveyancing needs of brokers and their clients. The proposition has a number of unique features including low panel fees, a £25 loyalty bonus, payment on exchange, an all-inclusive fee structure, ‘no completion – no fee’ arrangement, and ‘fall through protection’ on searches.

Harpal Singh, Managing Director of Broker Conveyancing, commented:

“As the number of broker firms using Broker Conveyancing grows, and the number of brokers actively wanting to advise on conveyancing increases, it is important for us to add the necessary quality and experience to our BDM team. This is specifically why we have recruited Steve, who comes to us with great experience in this sector, and why we now have both Mark and Ian actively working with broker firms in their respective regions. For us this is all about supporting the broker community and helping them develop their propositions in the conveyancing sector. We are also actively recruiting for a BDM to cover the North London/Essex region as we are aware of considerable potential in that region.”

Steve Emblem, BDM for Broker Conveyancing, said:

“Joining Broker Conveyancing is without doubt a step-up from my previous role and I know only too well the high regard this business is held in by the broker community. I will be working closely with broker firms throughout the Midlands so they can access this market-leading conveyancing advice proposition.”
