SortRefer - Service to brokers is key as enhancements come online

SortRefer, the award winning conveyancing portal, has launched a series of enhancements to its site to further improve the service to brokers.

 

Already acknowledged as having the most accurate quotation facility in the market, giving penny accurate quotes for conveyancing; SortRefer has added two specific enhancements to help brokers during the conveyancing process.

 

Firstly, a valuable tool has been added to remind advisers if the conveyancer is waiting for documentation/ information from the client. The second one, which has been requested by introducers, is an optional facility to give customers a log in to check the progress of their case.

 

According to SortRefer’s Managing Director, Kevin Tunnicliffe, constant enhancement to the SortRefer proposition is the key to making sure that the portal stays ahead of its competitors.
