With effect from 1 January 2015 please be advised that our rental coverage calculation will change as follow:
Rental coverage calculated on the products initial interest rate, 5%, or our Residential Investment Standard Variable Rate whichever is higher.
Previously it was calculated on the products initial interest rate or 5% whichever was higher.
