PARADIGM ANNOUNCE VALUATION MANAGEMENT JV WITH CONNELLS

Paradigm Mortgage Services, the UK’s premier directly authorised mortgage distribution business set up by Paul Hogarth and Bob Hunt, has today (5th January 2015) announced a new joint venture (JV) partnership with Connells Survey & Valuation.
Set up in 2007, Paradigm has grown rapidly and now has over 750 partner firms and 3,000 registered individuals, predominantly focusing in the wealth and investment markets.
Connells Survey & Valuation is the leading provider of Valuation Panel Management and Chartered Surveying, delivering property risk-managed services across the UK’s mortgage, financial and property markets for over 20 years.
The JV announced today involves Paradigm exclusively appointing Connells to provide survey and valuation services to all its partner firms, registered individuals and mortgage lenders.
