Shawbrook Bank has announced two promotions within its Commercial Mortgages team. Sarah Woolf, previously Business Development Manager (BDM) for the North East and East Midlands, is now Senior Relationship Manager for these regions, and Gavin Seaholme has been promoted to BDM for the South Central region of England. 
 
Sarah’s position as Senior Relationship Manager for the North East and East Midlands is a unique role within the team, reflecting Sarah’s continual hard work in building a high-performing region. In addition to supporting regional broker partners, Sarah will now be working closely with key accounts to give them the benefit of her experience and expertise. 
 
As BDM for South Central, Gavin will cover Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Luton, Slough and the greater London areas of Watford, Harrow, Southall and Twickenham. He will be responsible for strengthening broker and introducer partnerships and growing regional business.
 
The changes come as a result of impressive individual performances and the bank’s on-going endeavour to provide additional support and resources to broker networks across the country.
