With effect from Friday 6 March the changes below will be made to our mortgage product range & large loan fees. Family Building Society products are available to intermediaries via National Counties Building Society.

Changes to Large Loan Fees:

 

These changes apply to new and current products.

 

£500,000 and below Standard product fee

£500,001+ 0.30% of the advance

Withdrawal from all new business:

Owner Occupier

2.59% fixed rates to 31 May 2017 (F246 & F247)

2.99% fixed rates to 31 May 2018 (F248, F249, XF0009 & XF0010)

3.49% fixed rates to 30 April 2020 (F254, F255, XF0011 & XF0012)

 

Residential Investment

 

3.69% fixed rate to 30 April 2018 (F256)
