TENET ANNOUNCES PROVIDER SURVEY RESULTS

07 March 2015

Tenet has announced the winners of its annual provider survey 2014, following comprehensive feedback from Tenet advisers.  The key accolades were awarded as follows:

  • Product provider of the year – Scottish Life
  • Fund manager of the year – Invesco Perpetual
  • Protection provider of the year – Friends Life

Scottish Life (now rebranded to Royal London) was voted as the best overall life and pensions provider in its sector for the second year, with the awards based on strength and quality of proposition and brand, quality of overall service and online capabilities and service. Fund manager of the year was additionally based on quality and performance of fund range.

Tenet chief executive, Martin Greenwood, comments: “These awards are based on the feedback from our annual provider survey and recognise those product providers and fund managers judged to have the best overall propositions by our advisers. The survey results also support providers to focus their business objectives in specific areas, which should help lead to improved customer outcomes.”

On behalf of Royal London Intermediary, national partnerships manager Eric Keenan added: “We’re absolutely delighted to have won this award for the second year running and I would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to Tenet advisers for their support throughout 2014. Scottish Life has rebranded to Royal London, but while our name may have changed, everything remains exactly the same in terms of products, traditional values and market-leading service.”
