Shawbrook Bank has appointed Ade Akande as Sales Operations Manager and Paul Cater asSales and Project Support Executive within its Commercial Mortgages division.
 
Ade’s role at Shawbrook is designed to enable more in-depth information discovery and analysis, along with data control and process improvement within the Commercial Mortgages team. Ade brings to the team six years of financial service experience at banks such as Barclays and the Co-operative Bank, as well as three years consulting as a Business Intelligence Consultant for a large IT firm.
 
Paul’s role will help optimise the time of the various support functions within the business, delivering more resource across essential administrative tasks required to support existing and new brokers, and helping with the extensive project workload across all departments. With previous experience at Shawbrook as a Sales Administrator, Paul will work with the Commercial Mortgage Regional Support Desk to provide project support to the whole team and coordinate with sales and marketing projects.
