Following a sustained period of growth and unabated volumes of enquiries, Positive Commercial Finance are delighted to welcome Samantha Williamson to the team as Business Development Manager. Previously with Barclays & Santander, Sam has a proven track record in the business banking sector in relationship and portfolio management, in a wide range of sectors including real estate, hospitality & leisure, healthcare and education.
John Waddicker, Director of the brokerage shortlisted for the Best Development Finance Broker in this years’ B&C Awards said “We are really pleased to add Sam to our team. She has a wealth of property related financial experience having worked for lenders and brokerages previously, and possesses all the necessary attributes to fully assess a proposal & ultimately help applicants achieve their goal. “Applications for short-term property finance continue to flourish, particularly property development finance and bridging finance, which are our areas of expertise. Development finance applications are up a massive 42% on the same period last year, with bridging finance applications up 29%. We have seen an influx of business from our panel of introducers, both old & new, which includes IFA’s, accountants, solicitors, architects & other commercial finance brokers”.
Sam starts her roll on Monday 8th June and said “I have followed the success of Positive Commercial Finance for a while now and jumped at the opportunity to join the team. I look forward to helping grow the business further”.
