FHL looks to industry experience in new recruitment drive

Foundation Home Loans (FHL), the BTL lender launched by Paratus AMC in February, has recruited three new employees to join the administration and underwriting teams at the Bracknell based lender, with three more joining by the end of the month.
Since launch, FHL has made a significant impact in the market through an innovative and well priced product range and strong commitment to service via its intermediary focussed distribution partners.
According to Director of New Business Implementation at FHL, Melanie Leask, recruiting the right calibre of individual was of vital importance.
She said, “Since we launched in February, our commitment to service has been one of our paramount considerations when talking to the intermediary community. Even before we had received our first application and our new business had gained the momentum it has achieved, we were already planning the expansion of the service team to ensure that we exceeded the service expectations of brokers and their clients.”
She added, “The new team members have over 50 years of relevant industry experience between them. It was vital for us to have the time to find the right people with the level of professionalism and knowledge we believe our introducers have come to expect from us.”
