TFC Homeloans opens London office

TFC Homeloans has opened a central London office, and appointed Gary Barton as its first consultant for specialist lending.
Barton has responsibility for both business development and account management of TFC’s London-based brokers, working closely with them on complex specialist finance cases and developing new business opportunities.
He has extensive experience in the mortgage market, having been an intermediary in the capital for many years, following a successful career with NatWest across its London branches.
Managing director of TFC, Nigel Payne, says: “We needed somebody with a wealth of mortgage knowledge, who not only understands the pressures of being a broker but also has an intricate understanding of the London market. Gary Barton ticks every box with the right skills and experience combined with the positive attitude that we look for at TFC.
