Roma Finance appoints Head of Sales

05 June 2018

Roma Finance, the bridging and development lender, has appointed Tracey Martin as Head of Sales as the company embarks on a new phase of growth.

With over 20 years’ experience in sales leadership, Tracey brings a high level of expertise to the Roma team. Having managed teams in blue chip companies such as Sky Sports and the RAC, she is passionate about developing staff and building a high performing sales team to grow the business and to further develop Roma’s first class service proposition.

Tracey will also work with existing introducer partners and build new opportunities within the bridging and commercial finance sectors using her vision and expertise to drive results across the business.

In her new role at Roma Finance, Tracey will be providing strategic leadership support to the current sales team including skill development, training and motivation; expanding the team by recruiting new field-based BDMs and more office based bridging specialists, as well as growing business lending levels.

Commenting on her new role, Tracey said: “I am very excited to have joined such an innovative and forward-thinking lender. Roma has had tremendous success over the last few years and I aim to build on that and take lending to the next level. I’ll also be growing the national sales team to cope with the growing demand for Roma’s market-leading bridging and commercial products.”

Scott Marshall, managing director at Roma Finance, commented: “With our lending increasing significantly now that we are seeing the positive impact from our Fast Track service proposition, our strategic plans are quickly becoming a reality. We’ve had several record months and to be able to announce such a high calibre appointment is terrific news for the company. I’m delighted to welcome Tracey to her new role at Roma and I’m confident she will play a major role in taking Roma to further growth and success.”
