Complete FS, the specialist lending packager, has supplemented its existing in house underwriting service and on any working day now has up to three different lenders working from its Hampshire based offices to discuss enquiries from mortgage intermediaries who call or email the office.

According to Complete FS’ Director, Phil Jay, the expansion of the service is a logical move to take packaging to the next level.

He said, “Much of our strategy in 2018, is based around providing brokers with the best tools to speed up service and cut down on administration in the specialist mortgage sector. Along with launching our revolutionary technology suite, BV2, which eliminates the need for rekeying data, prepopulates 26 DIP forms and FMAs and offers free sourcing, we wanted to expand our capacity for introducers to interact with lenders who regularly visit our offices.

So we now offer the best that new technology can provide, augmented by access to lenders based in our offices to talk over enquiries or existing cases and at the same time, all the advantages of Complete FS’ whole of market proposition and highly trained staff to see cases through to completion.
