MCI Club chooses Knowledge Bank as its exclusive criteria search partner

MCI Club has today announced it is teaming up with Knowledge Bank as its exclusive criteria search provider.

MCI Club gives mortgage intermediaries access to lenders, insurers and product providers. This latest partnership with Knowledge Bank adds value to the club’s membership and means they can now search for suitable mortgage products for their clients, without having to rely on rafts of spreadsheets.

MCI Club members will now be able to search more than 90,000 different criteria, from more than 200 lenders, across the eight search categories:

  • Residential mortgages
  • Buy-to-let
  • Second charge
  • Equity release
  • Bridging
  • Commercial
  • Self-build
  • Overseas

Knowledge Bank streamlines the way intermediaries search for the right mortgage saving them potentially hours of time that can be spent with other clients. It is also helps with compliance, as all search results are automatically time and date stamped with the broker’s name and verified by lenders. The results can then be saved as ‘evidence of research’ alongside product sourcing results, supporting an intermediaries’ recommendation to their client.
