Roma Finance continues growth with new appointment and funding

Roma Finance is delighted to announce both the appointment of Emma Barker as Senior Underwriter and also the agreement of new funding for its buy-to-let proposition.

Emma joins Roma Finance from Together, where she’s spent the last 20 years of her outstanding career. As the business continues to grow, the underwriting team among others, is continuing to expand and Roma Finance is bringing in the finest talent from the industry to ensure it delivers the best possible results for intermediaries and customers. Emma brings significant knowledge and skills to the Roma Finance team and is responsible for structuring cases to create the most lucrative solution for the customer and the business.

In the same week, Roma Finance has made an agreement to double the lending facility with Cambridge Building Society to grow the medium term buy-to-let proposition which was launched in 2019. This funding has been agreed as a result of demand and listening to the market. Roma Finance has eight different funding lines, creating much needed security in this current economic climate.
